Release Notes – Exam Room Allocation

You can now manage exam rooms and create seating plans for exams.

• Add rooms with a room number, capacity, and display order.
• Generate a draft seating plan, review it, then finalize it.
• View saved plans by room or by class.
• Download room wise and class wise seating plans as Excel files.
• View a room allocation summary. Rooms appear in the order set in Room Master, and you can print just the summary table.
